Meet the Staff
Rosie
I make sure our patients’ oral health is at its best by educating patients on good hygiene and promoting products and services that will fulfill our patients’ needs. Our office welcomes every patient with a wonderful smile! My husband, Marty, and I have two beautiful daughters and a very energetic golden retriever. In my free time I enjoy reading, bike riding, cooking, gardening, and spending time with my family and friends.
Linda
I provide all facets of dental hygiene care to our patients, helping them maintain and improve their oral health through regular dental cleanings and helping to educate them on the importance of good oral hygiene. Dr. McCarthy is an excellent dentist, and I am proud to be part of his team. He is not only the dentist that I work for, he is also our family's dentist! I am married to my husband, Jerry, and we have two grown children, two grandchildren, and two Beagles. I enjoy going on cruises, scuba diving, the beach, and spending time with my family.
Sheila
With a passion for life, health, and humanity, my mission is to inspire, inform, and educate patients about oral hygiene through positive behavior and proper self-care. After spending so many years caring for people's teeth and gums, I've become a fanatic about promoting more and better oral health education. I provide gentle dental care for all patients’ comfort zones. I have two children, Marcus and Rhoda, and two grandchildren, Malik and Kyra. I love to travel, write, paint with watercolors, and give oral health presentations to a variety of community groups and organizations.
Maria
As a hygienist, I educate and help patients with their oral health care needs. I enjoy getting to know my patients. I try my best to make their visits as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. It's rewarding for me to have contributed to their improved dental health. Dr. McCarthy is a joy to work for. He is professional and does excellent dentistry. He truly cares for his patients and his staff. My husband’s name is Armando. In my free time I enjoy working out, volunteering, and spending time with my family.

I help patients know what is happening in their mouth and what they need to include in their daily routine to improve their smile and overall health. I love getting to know our patients and learning new things every day. Dr. McCarthy does quality work and stands behind it. He always tries to keep the most current technology in our office. My husband, Vince, and I have been married for 33 years, and we have four children, Joseph, Jonathan, Jordan, and Joy. I enjoy working in the yard, home decorating, cooking, and being with my family.
Cicely
As our financial coordinator, I schedule appointments and help patients with their billing and insurance needs. From day one I have taken pride in the well-being of our office, and I really feel like we all represent our goal of excellence in dentistry. It’s very interesting to see patients that are very apprehensive suddenly walk out with a huge smile on their face. I have a son, Jordan, who is in high school, and a small dog. I spend a lot of time at my son’s sporting events, as well as with family and friends, traveling, running, and cooking.
Wendy
I am our insurance coordinator, so I make sure our patients get the most out of their insurance coverage. I have worked here for almost 10 years and now work part-time so I can raise my family. Dr. McCarthy is a great dentist and a great boss! He is my family dentist, even though we live in Simi Valley, since no other dentist can compare! My husband, Shawn, and I have four children, Ian, Zane, Evan, and Shayli, as well as a pet tortoise named Tom. Soccer is a big part of my family life, as is helping at my kids’ school, babysitting, and shopping.
Terry
As our appointment coordinator, I greet and check in each patient with a smile, update their charts, and schedule all their appointments. I love interacting with patients on a daily basis and working with an excellent team. Dr. McCarthy is a great doctor who cares very much for his patients and does excellent work. I have referred many of my friends and family to him. My husband, Andy, and I have two dogs. I enjoy working on crafts, sewing, reading, watching movies, spending time with family, and finding new recipes.

I am our hygiene coordinator, so I work with patients to answer all their questions about their care. I like to make patients feel as comfortable as possible, and I love hearing about all their interests and activities. Dr. McCarthy truly cares about his team and patients, and most of all, he does awesome work! All our patients say he's the best! My husband’s name is Joey, and we have three children, Crystal, Jaycob, and Jamie, as well as a chocolate lab and a Yorkie. In my free time I enjoy camping, bike riding, working out, and watching my kids’ basketball games and cheerleading.

I assist Dr. McCarthy by taking impressions and keeping the office up-to-date, and I’ve worked here for almost 15 years. I love our patients. I help them understand their dental needs and what we are going to be doing during their appointment. I am with the patient from the moment I bring them in until I walk them out when ther smiles are bright! I have three grown children, Jason, Tina, Theresa, and six grandchildren. My sweetheart of 18 years is Bill. I love to go camping and spend time with my grandchildren. We like to take trips around this beautiful country on our motorcycles or in our truck.
Nancy
I assist Dr. McCarthy when he’s working on patients and with whatever is necessary to keep the office moving. I feel like I'm going to see my friends when I go to work. I make each visit as positive, painless, and comfortable as I can for each patient. We treat our patients like family. My husband, Mike, and I have lots of pets at home. When I have time I enjoy reading, knitting, dancing, and keeping my father as happy and comfortable as possible.
